Summer Finale

Well, it's coming to an end for the Season. Weddings are still going strong until the end of September, but with the majority of the Tourist Season happening between July 4th and Labor Day here in Cannon Beach, we are just about at our Summer Finale. :) We had a wonderful Summer Season full of gorgeous original weddings, beautiful floral arrangements and an abundance of Cannon Beach Logo items flying out our doors this Summer. Stormy Weather Arts Festival

Stormy Weather Arts Festival is just around the corner and I wanted to let everyone know what Basketcase - Your Cannon Beach Florist is preparing for you! Saturday, Nov. 7th from 4 - 7 pm we are having an artists reception and silent auction. Mother/Daughter team, Debbie and Julie Nelson, will show their art work in two different mediums. Debbie ( that would be me! ) owner of Basketcase will design numerous art by floral design and have them available throughout the shop for silent auction. Julie, a senior photo journalist major at the University of Oregon, will present photography work of the North Oregon Coast. We would love to see you there!

CB Summer Happenings

Summer is finally here. With school out for the summer, Cannon beach is starting to pick up with tourists for the summer months. This past weekend was the 45th annual Sandcastle Day in Cannon beach. A lot of local events went off with a huge success, and like always, by the end of the day, there were over 40 beautiful castles aligning the main stretch of beach near Haystack Rock.

Our wedding season has officially kicked off and we are thrilled to continue to work with wonderful couples from all over the Country.
