It's not named the Stormy Weather Arts Festival for nothing! Bring on the wind and rain! Mother/Daugher team Debbie and Julie Nelson will be ready to host an artist's reception showing our works of art in floral design and photography. See you at the shop ( 123 S. Hemlock ) this Saturday from 4-7pm. Cannon Beach is waiting!!!
